These Executive Tool Access Terms (“Terms”) govern access to and use of paid SmartSuite™ Executive Tools, including GPT-based assistants, structured digital frameworks, and proprietary strategic instruments (collectively, the “Executive Tools”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any paid SmartSuite™ Executive Tool, you agree to the following Terms.

NATURE OF ACCESS
SmartSuite™ Executive Tools provide structured strategic prompts, guided analysis, and executive-level decision frameworks. Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the specific Executive Tool for your internal business use only. No ownership rights are transferred.

NO TRANSFER OR SHARING
Access credentials may not be:
Shared
Resold
Distributed
Sub-licensed
Provided to third parties

Executive Tool access is granted to a single purchaser or authorized internal team unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

PERMITTED USE

These Licensing Terms (“Agreement”) govern the resale, distribution, and authorized use of SmartSuite™ workbooks, structured frameworks, templates, and printed or digital workshop materials (collectively, the “Materials”). By purchasing, distributing, or reselling SmartSuite™ Materials, you agree to the terms below.

OWNERSHIP
All SmartSuite™ Materials, including but not limited to:

• Strategic templates
• Framework documents
• Structured worksheets
• Facilitator guides
• Digital PDFs

Printed workshop materials are the exclusive intellectual property of SmartSuite™. No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.

LICENSE GRANTS
martSuite™ grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Resell official SmartSuite™ Materials only if authorized in writing
• Distribute purchased copies within a defined workshop or program
• Provide materials to registered participants in your approved event

This license applies only to materials obtained directly through SmartSuite™ or authorized channels.

RESTRICTIONS
The following are strictly prohibited without express written permission:

• Copying, duplicating, or reproducing materials
• Editing, rebranding, or removing SmartSuite™ marks
• Creating derivative versions
• Uploading materials to shared drives for unrestricted access
